Before the start of the race, each crew is honored with a unique and numbered edition of the watch. This year, it is a 44 mm diameter fo chronograph that will be available in two versions: 1,000 pieces entirely in steel and 250 pieces with 18-karat Etico pink gold bezel, pushers and hands.
The configuration with three counters allows the measurement of times of 12 hours, 30 minutes and 60 seconds, while the calculation of speed and distance is carried out quickly thanks to the white lacquered scale, reminiscent of a car dashboard, placed on the bezel. tacho in black ceramic.
As with all Chopard Mille Miglia watches, the 2021 Race Edition’s belonging to the world of motoring is confirmed by the presence of the famous 1000 Miglia red arrow on the dial, while the caseback bears the checkered flag, the “1000 Miles ”and the words“ Brescia – Rome – Brescia ”referring to the famous circular route of the race.
