Nike Jordan Brand and The Attico collaborated on the launch of the new sneaker inspired by the city of Milan: the Air Jordan 1 Mid Milan. Gilda Ambrosio and Giorgia Tordini, co-founders of the Milanese brand, have been chosen to represent the city, as a female example of entrepreneurship and innovation. The designers, in fact, fully represent the values of Jordan Women: femininity and creative force.

The textured leather and suede materials of the Air Jordan 1 Milan are inspired by the iconic classical architecture of the city and the typical craftsmanship of the stone, of which the Duomo and the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are the maximum expression. The launch of the sneaker, available for both men and women, coincides with a moment of great excitement for the city, characterized by a renowned passion for sneakers and streetwear.

On 19 February, together with Jordan Women, Gilda and Giorgia chaired a special workshop in the historic Museo del Novecento, on the issues of upcycling and styling. During the event, the participants made accessories using remnants of fabric, chains, balls and basketball nets. At the same time, starting from March 1st, the brand will make available on its TheAttico.com website a limited series of AIR JORDAN 1 MID MILAN – THE ATTICO SPECIAL PACK.
