After the success of Colonia Artist, the decoration of the young Italian artist adorns the Holiday Season Collection 2019 with its playful and vital aesthetics. And once again the iconic Italian Maison enhances the art of gift, entrusting its image to an emerging talent among the most interesting of the contemporary scene.
The luminous decor created by Gio Pastori for Colonia Artist returns in the entire Holiday Season Collection, wrapping bottles and coffrets, both in the classic black and white pattern and in the silver notes for Blue Mediterranean and gold products for Le Nobili. A skilled papercut artist with a strong sense of color, Gio was inspired by Depero’s famous advertising notices, interpreting the elegant essentiality of Acqua di Parma in his own way. The original graphic pattern is punctuated by miniatures of the Cologne Art Deco bottle alternating with micro boules that recall the winter holidays, but also childhood games, from marbles to balloons. An atmosphere of fascinating retro fairytale, imbued with contemporary minimalism, even for the visual of the Collection.
The protagonist is Cologne and a large sled, together with Tchaikovsky’s Ballerina and Nutcracker Tchaikovsky soldier in a stylized version and a cascade of gift packages and hatboxes.
A real feast for the eyes runs throughout the Collection which for 2019 becomes even richer. Alongside the refined Holiday Gift Sets, Acqua di Parma offers new, elegant creations for Holiday Gifts.
