The Emporio Armani Caffè and Restaurant in Bologna and the Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium sign a collaboration with initiatives and events that will take place throughout the month of April inside the restaurant, opened in 2017 at the Galleria Cavour in Bologna.

Tastings, courses, special aperitifs and tasting menus will be created on the occasion of this collaboration, with combinations and new specially designed recipes.

On April 4th at the Emporio Armani Caffè there will be a tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano, open to the public upon reservation; followed by an aperitif accompanied by special canapés. On Tuesday, April 16th, the restaurant will offer an exclusive tasting menu for dinner.

Finally, throughout the month, dishes dedicated to this Italian excellence will be presented on paper and, among the desserts, a special tasting of Parmigiano Reggiano. The partnership inaugurates a calendar of collaborations with various Italian food and wine excellences that the Restaurant will carry on during the course of the year.
