Which was the first picture that someone took of you? Your impression about the first picture, first photo shoot.

The first pictures ever taken of me were probably shot by my best friend. At age of sixteen we saved all our christmas money to buy the same camera. We took pictures all the time and tried out different themes. Some little, unprofessional editorials.

The first professional ones were taken by my agent yannis nikolaou some days after he discovered me in Hamburg in the train. It was a completely different feeling to pose in front of a stranger, but I got used to it and learned to love it quite fast.

What have you learned from working as a model?

I have learned to be myself and to be proud over it. When I was younger, I adjusted to my surroundings a lot, because I felt that I didn’t fit in.

Nowadays, I would rather chance my surroundings than change myself.

What is the thing you like the most and the least about modeling?

Traveling is the thing I like the most and the least at the same time. I get to see new places all the time, im meeting new people andget to know different cultures. But often, I miss my family back home very much. That makes everything harder.

In the end, modeling is a big challenge and if you accept it, you will grow and become independent no matter what.

Where have you traveled with modeling? What has been your favorite city to visit?

I have traveled to a lot of places like New York, Budapest, Milan, Stockholm, Morocco, Paris, San Francisco and London.

I appreciate all those places, even if I love the little time that I spend at home in between the most.

The weirdest or funniest thing that happened on a set?

I am happy about having fun on almost every job! Thats probably the reason why i can’t think about a particular situation.

Modeling is also about waiting – waiting for you make up, hair done…. how do you spend your “waiting time” ?

I like talking to people while waiting, It gives me knowledge about unexpected things and discussing stuff is always interesting. If there is nobody to talk to, I love reading a good book.

What is your relationship with fashion? Do you have your own style, do you like to play with clothes and colors?

I love fashion, even if I change my style all the time. Sometimes it is very girly, sometimes boyish and casual. I love prints and patterns and wearing them matching with my siblings.

Your relationship with social media, photos, “Instagram”..? You cannot live without it or sometimes you prefer to be “offline”?

I have a love and hate relationship going on with instagram. In the beginning, I forced myself to do it, now I express myself through it. Also, it is always nice to have a little throwback, if you look further down on your profile.

What are you excited about doing next? What is your next dream job?

Actually, I am super excited about going to Berlin with my best friend next weekend. There was a lot of struggle managing to have free time and now I am finally ready to go! it is a good feeling to stay in touch with the important ones at home. Afterwards, I am heading to New York again, which is amazing workwise. I have nothing to complain.

I have no idea, what my ext dream job will be. I don’t even really feel as an adult person and have to learn a lot about myself and my abilities, before i take the next big step.
