“For the FENDI Spring/Summer 2017 advertising campaign, I have chosen the models of the moment, shot in different rooms. For the set I took inspiration from the mood of the clothes and at the same time the places people had left, the rooms filled in the past by their voices, while the future is represented by the presence of the girls,” states Karl Lagerfeld.

The Spring/Summer 2017 advertising campaign, called Other rooms-Other voices, features the top sought after models of the moment, the sisters Bella and Gigi Hadid, and the Italian Vittoria Ceretti, shot by Karl Lagerfeld in a shabby-chic French-like apartment. The set is spread across different rooms, featuring floral wallpapers in a delicate colour palette in the hues of light pink, pickled boiserie and door frames, red marble fireplace, on a wooden floor, all pervaded by an intimate and romantic atmosphere.

This new advertising campaign pays homage to FENDI's DNA and perfectly embodies the Collection itself, which balances future and traditions in an extremely feminine and modern way, for a contemporary Marie Antoinette at the Petit Trianon – where an aristocratic legendary woman moves in her romantic coquette attitude with an edgy sporty twist.

The FENDI iconic bags, Peekaboo and Dotcom, and the Strap You, also in the mini version, follow the movement of the shooting, along with the new Kan I, a very feminine yet structured stud lock bag with a long chain, in different versions with dotted candy-colored studs, leather, floral ribbons, rosette embroideries. The FENDI Fruits and FENDI Witches bag charms add a quirky and fun furry touch. FENDI’s 2017 Spring/Summer advertising campaign, comprising 20 single and double-page visuals, including specific ones for Can Eye sunglasses, the Policromia watch and textiles, will break in theFebruary 2016 issues of worldwide magazines.
