Who’s behind the camera of Marni?
The advertising campaign Marni Spring / Summer 2017 has the freshness and vitality of a complex and sophisticated game of the parts between model and photographer, in which the very act of photographing becomes the main subject of the image. The artist Barbara Probst placing multiple objectives that triggered synchronously in different points of space, depicts four women from various angles. Each of them interacts differently with cameras to become themselves the authors of the images. Hyperrealistic exchanges of glances in a non-place spot, where the deep meaning of the composition can only be caught admiring it as a whole.
