Parachutes nylon coats with panels of scuba have fluidity and a utilitarian toughness, especially worn with a wide belt at the chest and scuba pants.Iconic metal mesh has been reborn, bonded over the hips of sporty scuba dresses, then shredded and destroyed for an uncompromising new mood.Metal mesh is used in innovative new ways, such as the metal mesh base of a double-layer tank, its nylon layer decorated with laminated metal mesh.

A brand new Versus print is collaged from hand-drawn takes on animal prints, the vertical stripes intercut with random flashes of vivid colour.Knits are essential: in jacquards of the new Versus print; as sleek takes on army ribbed sweaters, or with a layer of metal mesh to show through fringing.Night-time is about destroyed denim in slouchy boyfriend cuts, lined with metal or crystal mesh to show through the rips and tears.

Zip d’argento percorrono la schiena. Bomber con zip vengono tagliati di netto, hanno bordature esagerate e nei volumi oversize vengono stretti da cinture e indossati come fossero abiti. Cappotti di nylon con pannelli di neoprene uniscono fluidità e rigore, soprattutto quando vengono indossati con una cintura in vita e pantaloni scuba.

Il metal mesh rinasce a nuova vita. Viene legato intorno ai fianchi di abiti sportivi di neoprene. Diventa base per top a doppio strato che hanno i bordi di nylon decorati con un’ulteriore rete metallica laminata. Debutta una nuova stampa Versus: è un collage di frammenti dipinti a mano, di fantasie animalier e strisce verticali interrotte da flash di colori accesi.

La maglieria è essenziale: jacquard che riprendono la nuova stampa Versace; forme nette per maglioni militari a coste; e sovrapposizioni di metal mesh che brillano sotto le frange. La sera presenta pantaloni di denim dal taglio boyfriend decorati con metal o crystal mesh dall’aspetto deciso.

Tacchi minimalisti vengono trattenuti alla caviglia da un passante a strappo che ricorda una cintura. Dettaglio che caratterizza anche la borsa di pelle dalla forma boxy. Il menswear ricalca le ispirazioni del womenswear, specialmente per quanto riguarda le giacche di pelle, i bomber, le silhouette utilitaristiche e il largo utilizzo di metal mesh doppiato. Gli orologi conferiscono ancora più energia, come il modello Fire Island con dettagli 3D formati da teste di leone e borchie, o come il Tokyo Rubber dallo spirito urbano.
