London City Guide: food, drinks and fashion
by Margot Thibaut
London… What a beautiful city. It has always been one of the capitals of fashion and the city has its fair share of nice restaurants, bars,… So, while I was in London for LCM, I took the opporunity to visit some of the cool places in town !
Food
Bleeding Heart
Bleeding Heart Yard
London EC1N 8SJ
The restaurant can be hard to find but it’s all very much worth it in the end. This French restaurant was named most romantic restaurant in London by The Times but it is still equally good for a nice meal with a friend or a business lunch.

Moti Mahal
45 Great Queen Sreet
London WC2B 5AA
The atmosphere of this restaurant is really great and the food is awesome. No greasy Indian food at this place but dishes that are packed with flavor. The service is also very friendly.

Shoryu
9 Regent Street
London SW1Y 4LR
If you want to eat a ramen in London, this is the place to go. They don’t take reservations but the service is really quick and friendly. The prices are affordable for the city and the food is just amazing.

Definitely a must-go. Even though the food is a bit pricy, it is absolutely delicious and you really have to see the design of the restaurant (it’s all about pink and vintage pieces). Oh, and the bathroom are eggs…

Drinks
Blind Pig
58 Poland Street
London W1F 7NR
This bar is another take on the Prohibition themed bar but the setting is so classy – it’s definitely worth the hype. The furnitures are all dark oaks and white marbles and there is even a mirrored ceiling. The drinks are playfyul and really tasty.
Bar Américain at Brasserie Zédel
Brasserie Zédel
London W1F 7ED
This bar is located in a beautiful art deco interior and the drinks are surprisingly more affordable than you might think. This bar offers a relaxing venue to enjoy a gorgeous cocktail, all underneath Piccadilly Circus.
Culture and exhibitions
