Prada SS 2017 Men and Women Collection    

La nuova collezione Spring Summer 2017 è una sfilata che racconta di un mondo frenetico e di un continuo spostarsi attraverso vie nuove che siano cibernetiche o reali non importa, l’uomo e la donna Prada attraversano lo spazio della location pronti a un viaggio: cappelli, zaini, sandali sneakers…parola d’ordine stratificazione di stili e di abiti, accesi colori primari e riflessi metallici…il nuovo è in viaggio, il nuovo è il viaggio.

L’allestimento progettato da AMO per la sfilata Prada Uomo e Donna Primavera/Estate 2017 è concepito come una stratificazione di diverse architetture. I residui della precedente sfilata vengono lasciati ai margini della sala perché facciano da fondamenta e da sfondo ben visibile per la nuova scenografia, mentre il centro rimane sgombro per accogliere la nuova ambientazione.

L’elemento principale dello spazio è rappresentato da una struttura lineare che divide la sala e amplifica la percezione delle sue proporzioni. Una rampa dritta posta tra il soffitto e il pavimento funge da passerella; mentre le tribune sono disposte lungo il perimetro per accogliere gli ospiti.

The new Spring Summer 2017 collection is a collection that tells of a busy world and a continuous move through new paths…cybernetic or real? it does not matter, Prada man and  woman are crossing the location of fashion show ready for a trip : hats , backpacks , sneakers sandals … watchword: layering of styles and outfits , bright primary colors and metallic reflections … the new one is on the go , the new is the journey .

The set for the Spring/Summer 2017 Prada show designed by AMO is conceived as a stratification of architectures. The remnants of the previous show are left on the periphery of the room as foundation and visible background for the new scenography, whereas the center is freed to host the new set.

The central element in the space is a linear structure which divides the room and amplifies its perceived proportions. A straight ramp, between the inserted ceiling and floor, serves as catwalk, while tribunes are arranged along the perimeter to accommodate the guests.

A continuous metallic surface folds around all the elements of the set: generating an abstract layer, composed of meshes with different patterns and dimensions that overlap to recreate a total space. The transparency of the cladding material unveils the underlying framework with Cartesian precision.
