Jeffrey Rüdes FW 2016
The Jeffrey Rüdes Fall/Winter 2016 collection redefines masculine glamour. An elegantly arranged composition of alluring nonchalance and iconic jet-set attitude, the line-up asserts the brand’s evolving sense of luxury and a timeless point of view on cool.
Fabrications have a specific textural dimension, proposing with laundered velvets, boucle, mouline yarns, brushed silks, and raw cut leathers and suede.
The color palette is an exploration of sharp contrasts; black and warm gradations of brown meet bright shades of chartreuse, turmeric and royal blue.
Prints have a Bohemian feeling, drawing inspiration from stylized natural forms and floral themes reminiscent of Wiener Werkstätte and Art Nouveau textiles.
Iconic pieces include the washed velvet Chesterfield coat, Crust suede officer coat, Spencer in bonded leather, frosted shearling coat, and a double-breasted velvet over-jacket.
Accessories and footwear speak to the modern day Jet Setter, and signatures featured are the new Duke heritage moccasins in varnished leather, and the over-sized traveler bag in suede and Nappa.
The instinctive, sharp and daring identity compliments the natural, innate, and rebellious spirit of the Jeffrey Rüdes man.
