2015 Governors Awards in Armani

Giorgio Armani dressed select presenters and guests at the annual Governors Awards. The event took place on Saturday evening, November 14th, in Los Angeles, California.

Cate Blanchett wore an Armani Privé black asymmetrical modernistic top in sculptured silk organza. The square necked one shoulder revealing top was paired with black velvet classic evening trousers.

Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences President Cheryl Boone Isaacs chose to wear a Giorgio Armani sky blue evening gown with flowing layers of silk chiffon. The gown features horizontal stitch detailing on the cap sleeves and the accentuated waistband, and pleated detailing at the neckline.

LaTanya Richardson Jackson wore a Giorgio Armani silver and blush tone beaded jacket with black silk long sleeves. The intricate geometric pattern is comprised of rhinestones and palettes that cascade into stripes and chevrons for a modernistic effect. The look was completed with a floor length black velvet skirt.

Daniela Sorrentino chose to wear a Giorgio Armani amethyst tone one-button notch lapel silk jersey jacket fully beaded in silver and sapphire blue rhinestones. She completed the outfit with black silk evening trousers.
