Mary Katrantzou “A to Z” collection    

La collezione “A to Z” di Mary, in mostra sulla piattaforma ArtStack, presenterà una serie di opere che accompagnano la linea che comprende t-shirt, felpe, borse con colorate stampe (una per ogni lettera dell’alfabeto) che sono in vendita esclusiva sul sito di Mary Katrantzou.

Ogni lettera sarà l’ispirazione di una mostra virtuale in cui ad ogni lettera sarà accoppiata un’opera grafica e un capo d’abbigliamento o un accessorio. Ad esempio B for Beam (beam= raggio in inglese ndr) ha l’opera di Edward Hopper ‘Light at Two Lights’, sia che sia una traduzione diretta delle stampa o un richiamo concettuale, ogni pezzo sia che sia di artisti affermati o emergenti è stato curato direttamente da Mary.

The A To Z Collection, exhibited on the ArtStack platform, will present a curation of artworks which sit alongside Mary’s A to Z collection of graphic, printed sweaters and tshirts which are available for purchase exclusively on the Mary Katrantzou website. Each letter will act as inspiration for a curated virtual exhibit on the ArtStack platform that will sit alongside its corresponding print. A for Anchor sees Tristram Hilliers ‘Variation on the Form of an Anchor’, B for Beam presents Edward Hoppers ‘Light at Two Lights’, whether conceptual or a direct translation of the print, each piece by both reknowned masters and up and coming artists has been carefully curated by Katrantzou.
