Dior FW 2015 Campaign     

” La casa della mia infanzia era in cima a una scogliera ed era esposta alle intemperie” ha scritto Christian Dior nella sua autobiografia. Come in un omaggio alla selvaggia natura del mondo che non ha mai smesso di inspirare il couturier, la casa era a Granville, in un paesaggio roccioso battuto dai venti, ed è in un mondo come questo che è stata realizzata la campagna autunno-inverno 2015-16.

Le stampe di ispirazione animale ricoprono in vestiti e le diorama bag, lunghi stivali aderente si modellano come una seconda pelle e i tessuti delle gonne (tutti disegnati da Raf Simons), gli scatti sono stati realizzati da Willy Vanderperre’s, sembrano quasi mimetizzarsi e fondersi con la natura come un nuovo  modo di camouflage, uno che è molto femminile e molto Dior.

“La maison de mon enfance se dressait sur une falaise et elle se trouvait exposée à toutes les tourmentes atmosphériques », écrivait Christian Dior dans son autobiographie. comme en hommage à cette nature sauvage qui n’a jamais cessé d’inspirer le couturier, c’est à granville, dans un paysage rocheux battu par les vents, que les femmes en dior ont établi leur territoire pour la campagne automne-hiver 2015-2016. Devant l’objectif de willy vanderperre, les imprimés d’inspiration animale qui recouvrent leurs vêtements et leurs sacs diorama, leurs longues cuissardes pareilles à une seconde peau, et l’étoffe lacérée de leurs jupes imaginées par raf simons se fondent dans ce décor brut, comme un camouflage d’un genre nouveau, féminin et très Dior.

“My childhood home sat on a cliff and lay exposed to the most turbulent of weather,» wrote christian dior in his autobiography. As though in homage to the wildness of a nature that never ceased to inspire the couturier, it was at granville, in a rocky landscape battered by the winds, that the dior women staked out their territory for the autumn-winter 2015- 2016 campaign. The animal-inspired prints covering their clothing and their diorama bags, their long thigh boots molding like a second skin, and the slashed fabric of their skirts, all designed by raf simons, are captured by willy vanderperre’s lens appearing to melt into the harsh setting, like a new kind of camouflage, one that’s feminine and very Dior.
