Beckham for Belstaff 2015    

La nuova collezione Beckham for Belstaff 2015 sarà disponibile sul sito Belstaff ed in tutte le boutique monomarca a partire da Venerdi 5 Giugno, affiancando la collezione Autunno – Inverno 2015.

A seguito del grande successo della collaborazione dello scorso anno con David Beckham, la seconda capsule a lui dedicata esplora la passione di David per i capi iconici dal gusto vintage, reintrepretati in chiave contemporanea.

La collezione seppur contraddistinta da uno spirito moto, quest’anno prende ispirazione anche dal mondo dell’aviazione, come ad esempio:
la Ryde Jacket che si ispira alla classica giacca d’aviatore degli anni ‘40, con il colletto classico, le pences sulla schiena e la pelle dall’effetto vintage;

il Moore, una versione rinnovata delle giacche d’aviatore in cotton twill, resa più contemporanea dal collo in eco- pelliccia.

La Stockfield jacket già indossata da David a Marzo è una trucker jacket in denim con le maniche in pelle scamosciata dall’effetto vintage, vero classico degli anni ’50. Ai più affezionati Clienti Belstaff è stata data la possibilità di preordinare la Stockfield sul sito e in tutti i flagship stores Belstaff tramite lista d’attesa.

Il modello best-seller della scorsa stagione, la Stannard – una classica café racer rinforzata sulle spalle e sui gomiti da impunture quiltate – vede quest’anno introdotto un nuovo colore, il racing green, in aggiunta all’iconico nero.

Il Marshfield blouson, con la classica tasca posteriore, quest’anno è presentato con una nuova finitura che ne enfatizza l’autentico effetto vintage.

David ha inoltre aggiunto alla collezione quei complementi che contribuiscono a rendere unico il suo stile da motociclista: dal classico cinque tasche in denim con i dettagli sulle ginocchia, alle T- Shirts stampate, alla camicia in denim Chambray ed i guanti da moto color giallo ocra, senza dimenticare il classico must have di tutti i biker, la Eastley bandana.

The new Beckham for Belstaff 2015 collection will be available on the Belstaff website from Friday 5th June, as well as in stores globally. A true trans-seasonal evergreen, it will sit alongside the Belstaff Pre-Fall’15 then AW15 collections through to sell-out.

Following on from the success that was David Beckham’s first collaboration with Belstaff last year, the second capsule continues to explore David’s passion for vintage classics, while rendering them relevant today with contemporary silhouettes and luxury finishes.

The pervasive moto pieces are joined this year by an aviation-inspired thread. For instance, the Ryde is a take on the classic 1940s aviator jacket, with tailored collar, rear pleats and tumbled leather for an authentic finish. Joining it is the Moore, a fresh version of the definitive flying jacket in cotton/nylon twill, modernised with faux fur collar and a more contemporary silhouette.

David has been wearing the Stockfield – a 1950s classic denim trucker jacket with leather sleeves – since March, creating such customer demand that waiting lists were created and sales made, well before its delivery date.

Last year’s bestseller, the Stannard – a classic café racer jacket with diamond quilting on the shoulders and elbows – sees the introduction of a new colour way in racing green this year, in addition to the black, and has also achieved huge retail success pre delivery.

The Marshfield blouson, with its iconic rear pockets, has been given a new hand-finish treatment to reinforce the vintage look.

David has also added to this collection further elements unique to his own moto style, including clean denim jeans with knee detailing, simple tees, Chambray denim shirts, bold yellow riding gloves, and every rider’s must-have: the bandana.

The new Beckham for Belstaff 2015 collection will be available from Friday 5th June on the Belstaff website at www.belstaff.com, in Belstaff stores worldwide and through select global distribution.
