La 30° edizione del “International Festival of Fashion and Photography at Hyères” si terrà a villa Noailles dal 23 al 27 Aprile 2015. Le mostre continueranno fino al 24 Maggio 2015. Il festival diretto da Jean-Pierre Blanc e presieduto da Didier Grumbach, ogni anno incoraggia e supporta giovani artisti nel campo della moda e della fotografia, grazie al supporto dei partner del festival verranno assegnati diversi premi ai giovani artisti.

House of Chanel è ospite d’onore in questa edizione e Karl Lagerfeld sarà il direttore artistico quest’anno.

Virginie Viard (Chanel Creative Studio Director) è il presidente della giuria per il settore moda.

Eric Pfrunder (Image Director at Chanel Fashion) è il presidente della giuria per il settore fotografia.


FASHION COMPETITION (designer selezionati)

La giuria del settore moda (presieduta quest’anno da Virginie Viard) si è incontrata a Parigi il 28 gennaio per scegliere i 10 candidati per la competizione finale ( sono state ricevute più di 300 partecipazioni da più di 60 paesi e 56 sono arrivati alla pre-selezione).

I membri della giuria sono: S.A.R. La Principessa di Hanovre, Caroline de Maigret (modella e produttrice), India Mahdavi (architetto e designer), Anna Mouglalis (attrice), Loïc Prigent (giornalista e regista), Carine Roitfeld (fondatrice di CR Fashion Book), Sébastien Tellier (musicista elettronico, cantante e attore), Anthony Vaccarello (fashion designer), Joana Vasconcelos (artista), Olivier Zahm (art director, giornalista e fotografo).

La giuria ha scelto 10 giovani fashion designer, provenienti da 6 paesi diversi.

Anna Bornhold (Womenswear, Germania), Christina Braun (Womenswear, Germania), Yiyu Chen (Womenswear, Taiwan), Sophie Harand (Menswear, Francia), Heini-Maria Hynynen & Elina Aarela (Menswear, Finlandia), Elina Maattanen (Womenswear, Finlandia), Guillem Rodriguez Bernat (Menswear, Spagna), Sophie Salekari (Womenswear, Finlandia), Annelie Schubert (Womenswear, Germania-Francia), Wieke Sinnige (Womenswear, Olanda).

PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION (fotografi selezionati)

La giuria del settore fotografia (presieduta quest’anno da Eric Pfrunder) si è incontrata a Parigi il 28 gennaio per scegliere i 10 finalisti per la competizione finale (sono state ricevute più di 700 iscrizioni e sono stati pre-selezionati 56 fotografi)

I membri della giuria sono:  Anne Cartier-Bresson (director dell’ Atelier de Restauration et de Conservation des Photographies de la Ville de Paris (ARCP)), Cécile Cassel (attrice e cantante), Stephen Gan (fondatore del Fashion Media Group LLC), Kamel Mennour (gallerista), Jean-Luc Monterosso (fondatore e direttore della Maison Européenne de la Photographie in Paris), Eric Pillault (creative director), Céline Sallette (attrice), André Saraiva (artista), Gerhard Steidl (editor and independent printer), Sølve Sundsbø (fotografo).

The 30th edition of the International Festival of Fashion and Photography at Hyères will take place at the villa Noailles between the 23rd and the 27th of April, 2015. The exhibitions will run until the 24th of May. The festival directed by Jean-Pierre Blanc and presided over by Didier Grumbach, annually encourages and supports young artists in the fields of fashion and photography. Thanks to the support of the festival’s partners, several prizes will be awarded to the competing young artists.

The House of CHANEL is the guest of honour at the next International Festival of Fashion and Photography in Hyères, taking place between April 23rd and 27th, 2015 at the villa Noailles, built in the 1920s by the architect Robert Mallet-Stevens for the art patrons Charles and Marie-Laure de Noailles. Karl Lagerfeld will be the Artistic Director of this 30th annual festival.

Virginie Viard, CHANEL’s Creative Studio Director is the President of the fashion jury.

Eric Pfrunder, Image Director at CHANEL Fashion is the President of the photography jury.

The fashion jury, presided over this year by Virginie Viard, met in Paris on the 28th of January in order to choose the 10 candidates for the final competition (more than 300 entries received from 60 nationalities and 56 shortlisted).
