Le campagne di Calvin Klein hanno sempre giocato sul concetto di icone, ovviamente icone pop e da almeno 20 anni il concept musica+bellezza ha tracciato la traiettoria di comunicazione del brand americano. E se un tempo c’erano Marky Mark (il rapper Marcus Wahlberg diventato nel frattempo attore) e Kate Moss, oggi ci sono Justin Bieber e Lara Stone, il bad boy e la bella.

Il mood è sempre black and white come da tradizione e il piccolo video che accompagna la campagna denim vede Justin presentarsi in qualità di batterista dimostrando di non essere solo il bel volto idolo delle teenager di tutto il mondo ma anche un discreto musicista. Lara Stone non ha di certo bisogno di presentazioni e il suo fascino distante ma terribilmente hot fa da contraltare all’ammiccare divertito di Justin.

La campagna è diretta da Johan Renck.

All the Calvin Klein advertising campaign have played with the concept of “icon” (pop icon of course) and it’s been almost 20 years that the music+beauty mood has been the leit motiv of the american brand. Once there were Marky Mark and Kate Moss now it’s the time for Justin Bieber and Lara Stone.

The video is in pure “Calvin Klein” black and white and Bieber is behind the drums rocking the beats telling the world he’s not just a teenage idol but a terrific musician too. Lara Stone with her enigmatic allure is the perfect counterpart of this new “denim” couple.

The latest Calvin Klein Jeans campaign has been directed by Johan Renck and features global superstar Justin Bieber and supermodel Lara Stone.

Justin and Lara wear key jeans styles of the season, furthering the iconic brands’ longstanding legacy of bringing fashion and music together.

“Calvin Klein is such an iconic brand and I am excited and honored to become a part of the Calvin Klein brand legacy with this campaign.
