La nuova collezione Ramadan|Evening di Haifa Fahad prende ispirazione dai colori e dalle textures della natura incontaminata delle Maldive e dalle ipnotiche riflessioni del sole e della luna sul mare, dalle conchiglie e dalla sabbia.

La palette cattura tutte le sfumature del cielo all’alba e al tramonto e sono declinate in morbidi toni pastello, tessuti che sono al contempo morbidi e strutturati per ricreare una silhouette femminile che soddisfi ogni tipo di donna con ogni tipo di corporatura e figura.

Attraverso la seta, il taffettà e l’organza la designer vuole ricreare il tocco della natura sulla terra: le increspature dell’acqua, il percorso del vento sulle dune di sabbia, il brillare glitter delle perle dentro le ostriche e dei gusci delle conchiglie.

Mentre sviluppava queste idee per la collezione, l’immaginazione di Haifa è anche tornata al mondo delle fiabe, delle bambole e dei giochi dell’infanzia.

Ognuna delle sue creazioni è ricamata a mano con perle e tempestata di piccoli cristalli come i vestiti perfetti delle bambole da collezione parigine, è questa una delle sue firme: la cura dei dettagli e una lavorazione hand-made di grande raffinatezza.

Haifa Fahad’s new Ramadan|Evening Collection takes originally inspiration from the colors and textures of Maldives uncontaminated nature and the mesmerizing reflections of sunlight and moonlight on the sea water, shells and sand. 

The collection’s color palette captures all the shades of the sky at sunrise and sundown and are declined in soft pastel tones, fabrics are exquisitely supple yet structured as to create feminine silhouettes that satisfy all women, offering something stunning for each woman’s different body shape.

Each pattern and design in this collection is a work of engineering precision. Through silk, taffeta and organza the designer wants to recreate Nature’s touch on Earth: the rippling movements of water, the soft tracing of the summer breeze on the sand dunes, the glittering sparkle of oysters ‘pearls and seashells.

Whilst developing the collection the imagination of Haifa expanded from  Maldives’ day dreaming into the fabulous world of dolls and little girls playing with beautiful toys.

Haifa‘s designs are in fact painstakingly hand embellished with pearls and encrusted with crystals just like the dresses of collectible Parisian dolls still unmistakably maintaining the designer’ signature edge, uniqueness and wit.

Expect quintessential beauty and quality mixed with a quirkiness that will suit the young ladies as well as enchant any elegant woman.
