Sono passati 25 anni dalla fine di Twin Peaks, una serie che ha segnato un’epoca (anche se è stata trasmessa per sole due stagioni) e che continua a affascinare milioni di persone, fra quelli che hanno avuto il piacere di vederla in tv e nuovi giovani fan.

Il potere e la bellezza di questa serie sta tutta nella capacità di Lynch di creare un oltre-mondo credibile nella sua assurda onirica forma, come per tutte le opere del regista “love it or leave it” o ti piace o lo odi.

Seguendo questo assioma anche i video teaser per il lancio del cofanetto definitivo dedicato alla serie (blu-ray+”Fire walk with me”+90 minuti di scene mai viste) sembrano far parte di quel mondo e vedono il regista che come una specie di doppelganger ( aveva partecipato alla serie interpretando un agente Fbi duro d’orecchio) intervista alcuni abitanti di Twin Peaks allo scadere dei 25 anni.

Qui vediamo un’invecchiato Leland Palmer cercare di spiegare cosa prova dopo tutti questi anni ripensando alla figlia Laura.
