In March CHANEL reopened the doors of its seasonal boutique on the island of Capri, in the prestigious Via Vittorio Emanuele, a stone’s throw from the famous Piazzetta.
Entirely renovated for the occasion, the elegant and welcoming space hosts ready-to-wear creations, footwear, bags and accessories from the CHANEL Spring-Summer 2024 collection whose creative direction is entrusted to Virginie Viard, as well as the Coco Beach de CHANEL line and to the Métiers d’art 2023/24 collection presented last December in Manchester, England. In the coming months, the pre-collection and the CHANEL Prêt-à-Porter Autumn-Winter 2024/25 collection will also be available in boutiques.
Belonging to the CHANEL beauty universe, Les Eaux de CHANEL is presented, the fragrance line that offers an imaginary olfactory journey.
An interpretation of the Mediterranean esprit, the 60 m² boutique features a façade made of terracotta and an inviting brick terrace arranged in a herringbone pattern where the scent of jasmine and lemon trees inebriate the atmosphere; luxurious lounge areas invite visitors to linger.
At the entrance, a bright space reveals the universe of CHANEL accessories to guests. In the center, a white exhibition decoration introduces the discovery of summer creations, emphasized by a constellation of footwear, glasses, bags, ready-to-wear and fragrances. The boutique features a large fitting room and cozy seating areas that provide comfort and convenience.
The sophisticated environment captures the allure and timeless modernity of CHANEL. Declining the codes of the Maison in a new and unexpected key, the linearity of the black and white interiors is emphasized by a characteristic ivory fabric in neutral shades inspired by the iconic Chanel tweed. More than a boutique, this shopping destination in the heart of Capri is a wonderful showcase of CHANEL’s exceptional creativity and savoir-faire, and promises all its guests a pleasant and memorable experience.
