Originally from Copenhagen, Denmark, Rune Glifberg has become a true legend in skateboarding history, being one of only three athletes to have competed in all of the X Games. Nicknamed “Danish Destroyer,” Rune’s authentic style and absolute mastery of vert tricks have left an indelible mark on the skateboarding community.

“We skaters look at our surroundings, but also at the world itself, differently” underlines the skater. Glifberg’s diversified interests in photography, architecture, hiking and travel certainly make him a great figure of reference for the entire skateboarding scene. To pay homage to his legacy, the Ball Star Pro Mid reflects these influences, taking inspiration from geometric architecture, black and white photography and timeless elements.

Designed for skateboarding, the limited edition Ball Star Pro Mid features functional details such as a padded collar to ensure a snug fit, as well as diamond-textured rubber supports strategically positioned on the external side and back to cushion impacts and improve durability for a professional performance. This model features a distinct lived-in effect, visible on the lived-in white leather upper and the black heel tab. The laces also with the lived-in effect and a black and white tongue add the finishing touch. This model includes a unique silver puzzle designed to keep you and your friends busy between tricks.
