The new Gucci Ancora campaign pushes the boundaries of fashion with a narrative that celebrates self-expression, beauty and timeless elegance. Born from the vision of Creative Director Sabato De Sarno, the campaign introduces his first Spring Summer 2024 collection and is a tribute to fashion photography through the iconic lens of David Sims, the first photographer with whom Sabato De Sarno collaborated at the beginning of the her career in the world of fashion.
The campaign also highlights the first eyewear model designed by Sabato De Sarno for the Spring Summer 2024 fashion show. In an emblematic portrait, the model wears narrow, rectangular sunglasses with flat lashes, in the iconic Rosso Ancora shade combined with brown lenses. Essential and distinctive at the same time, the frame is embellished on the temples with the Gucci logo in golden letters, in a macro version.
The new glasses are therefore presented as a contemporary accessory that broadens Sabato De Sarno’s vision of sensuality, conceived as an expression of beauty, freedom and self-confidence. Aimed at all women, this new aesthetic is a personal invitation to immerse yourself in that unique emotion that only fashion can arouse: again.
