È quello che si dice una donna multitasked con una personalità dalle mille sfaccettature, è come un disco che non smette mai di girare e diffondere la sua musica. Cécile inizia a lavorare come stylist per fashion shooting di prestigiose riviste come Vogue e Playboy, con fotografi come Ellen Von Unwerth, Patrick Demarchelier…

Le sue prime esperienze musicali cominciano quando incontra Tania Bruna Rosso e insieme fondano la prima girl-dj-band “Putafranges”, i dance floor Parigini ringraziano e si scatenano al ritmo dei loro set.

Cécile ama da sempre mescolare moda e musica (le sue più grandi passioni), ha realizzato colonne sonore per tantissime sfilate e suonano come dj a fashion show e ai party più esclusivi del fashion world internazionale: Albert Elbaz pour Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Olivier Theyskens pour Theory, Diane Von Furstenberg, Chloé, Miu Miu, Roberto Cavalli, Sonia Rykiel, Rock & Républic, Valentino, Fendi, Delfina Delettrez, Maison Michel, Chaumet, Chopard, Diesel, Gérald Darel, Mango, Lancel, Calvin Klein, Le prix de Flore, Cointreau avec Dita Von Teese, Nike, Ruinart, Arte, Le Figaro, Jalouse, l’Officiel, au Festival de Cannes…

Ha anche realizzato una collaborazione con il brand francese Lancel e per Maje. Con la sua amica dj Mimi Xu (aka Misty Rabbit) e Vjay Lisa Paclet forma “Gelato”, una girl band molto attiva nell’ambiente artistico e della moda parigini.

Dopo più di 10 anni di carriera nel campo della musica, della moda e della comunicazione, Cécile fonda il Bureau Cécile Togni: un’agenzia di comunicazione e creatività che riassume tutte le sue passioni e le sue abilità.

Eccovi una insta-interview realizzata durante la scorsa Paris Fashion Week, in un break dal suo set per l’esclusivo party per MIXT(E) magazine & Yves Saint Laurent Beauté.

Qual’è il primo ricordo musicale della tua infanzia?

Ero pazza di Lio “Banana Split”. Mi ricordo che passavo i pomeriggi a ballare davanti allo specchio e a imitare Lio!

Qual’è il primo suono che ti piace sentire appena sveglia al mattino?

Il nuovo album di Metronomy « Love Letters »

Preferisci suonare in luoghi grandi o venue più intime?

Mi piacciono tutte e due le situazioni. Dipende dall’energia delle persone…

Se il dj si diverte si diverte anche il pubblico? vero o falso?

Certamente, di sicuro è meglio che si diverta !

Conosciamo i Daft Punk da 15 anni, come ti spieghi l’enorme successo popolare che stanno avendo adesso? È solo l’effetto “Pharrell”?

Pharrell di sicuro li ha aiutati a essere più conosciuti dalla massa, ma se li conosciamo e sono in giro da 15 anni significa che hanno una loro identità specifica, fanno grandi canzoni e hanno anche il french touch bébé!

Quale dj vorresti che suonasse alla tua festa?

Damian Lazarus o Misty Rabbit per la sua energia! Me li ricordo ad Ibiza, un ricordo fantastico!

The multitasked talented lady has an incredibly natural and sophisticated personality, her life is about allure, style and modernity. Cécile starts as an assistant stylist on prestigious fashion shoots for magazines such as Playboy, Vogue Italia, with Ellen Von Unwerth, Patrick Demarchelier etc…

She’s 21 whe she meets Tania Bruna Rosso and together they found the first girly dj band «Putafranges». The coolest grils in town set the world’s dance floors on fire.

Cécile loves to combine fashion and music, she has designed soundtracks and spinned for numerous fashion shows and parties such as Albert Elbaz pour Lanvin, Louis Vuitton, Olivier Theyskens pour Theory, Diane Von Furstenberg, Chloé, Miu Miu, Roberto Cavalli, Sonia Rykiel, Rock & Républic, Valentino, Fendi, Delfina Delettrez, Maison Michel, Chaumet, Chopard, Diesel, Gérald Darel, Mango, Lancel, Calvin Klein, Le prix de Flore, Cointreau avec Dita Von Teese, Nike, Ruinart, Arte, Le Figaro, Jalouse, l’Officiel, au Festival de Cannes…

She also designed a collaboration with french brand Lancel and for french brand Maje, for Tara Jarmon she gathered french actresses and it girls Nora Arnezeder, Lio, Emma de Caunes, Joanna Preiss et Marie-Amélie Seigner and had them sing during the opening of the new store rue st honoré in Paris. With her friend dj Mimi Xu (aka Misty Rabbit) and vjay Lisa Paclet, she forms Gelato, a girls band very involved in the fashion and art scenes. After more than 10 year career in music, fashion and communication, Cécile created Bureau Cécile Togni, a communication and artistic direction agency that includes all her expertise and her passions. She tried to do the best, to put all her energy in, her humanity, her journey and her network at the service of the finest brands.

Which is the first sound/music memory of your childhood?

I really loved Lio « Banana Split ».I remember I danced in front of my mirror imitating Lio !

Do you prefer plaiying in big venue or in a smaller intimate one?

Both. It is depend of energy of people…

If the dj is having fun so it’s the crowd? true or false statement?

Of course, it is better !

We know daft punk for like 15 years, how can you explain the popular success they’re having now? Its just the Pharrell effect?

Pharrell help us to push them. But if we know them since 15 years old, it is because they are an identity, make great song and they have also the french touch bébé !

Which dj you’d love to play at your own party?

Damian Lazarus or Misty Rabbit for his energy! I remember them in Ibiza, very good memory
