Palcultura was crowded on Friday 28 April for the first eagerly awaited edition of Me Fashion Award, dedicated to the big names in Italian fashion and the world famous people of Messina, conceived and organized by Patrizia Casale, owner of E-Motion, the company that has been promoting fashion events for over twenty years in the city and in Sicily.
The event, carried out in co-organization with the Municipality of Messina, received the high patronage of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion. The Chamber of Commerce, Confartigianato and Sicindustria were sponsoring the event in Messina.
During the evening, among the other awarded, the coveted stylists Deborah Correnti and Mirco Marchetti also received the award, co-founders and designers of the sustainable fashion brand 23é. ‘’I WAS AN UMBRELLA” by 23é is the gender fluid sartorial recycling project where broken or disused umbrellas are brought to new life becoming rain hats, bags, limited edition bags and capes.
