“Tell me that I am you” wrote Jalāl al-Dīn Muḥammad Rūmī Persian mystical poet in 1243. Today in the popular neighborhood of Sperone in Palermo, the murals by Igor Scalisi Palminteri, Chekos and the Argentine duo Medianeras , Massimo Sirelli, Shot Mcn created for the Sperone167 association and Giulio Rosk “Girl of Future”, tell of a new story of brotherhood in which age, ethnicity or religion are no longer identity barriers. What it means to be a brother, what it means to be a sister.
