The spirit of travel and the discovery of extraordinary places, architectural and artistic masterpieces, represent aspects intrinsically linked to Louis Vuitton. Perpetuating the Maison’s tradition, the Cruise show will take place on Isola Bella, a treasure trove of Baroque art suspended over the water. One of the admirable examples of the Italian Baroque, Isola Bella, Palazzo Borromeo and its gardens rise like a vessel on the waters of Lake Maggiore.
Geometries, shapes and lines establish an incomparable dialogue with Lake Maggiore and its reflecting waters. Louis Vuitton’s Cruise is the first fashion show hosted in the Palazzo and Gardens of Isola Bella, emblem of the Borromeo family for over 450 years.
Previously, Louis Vuitton Cruise shows have taken place in locations such as John Lautner’s Bob & Dolores Hope Estate in Palm Springs, Oscar Niemeyer’s Contemporary Art Museum in Niterói, IM Pei’s Miho Museum near Kyoto and the Salk Institute in California, among others.
The Cruise collection will be available in all Louis Vuitton stores worldwide from November 2023.
