Seguendo la serie fortunata iniziata in ottobre, Martedì 4 marzo Karl Lagerfeld ha trasformato il Grand Palais nello Chanel Shopping Center. Le ospiti, incluse le ambasciatrici di Chanel Keira Knightley, Vanessa Paradis, Gaspard Ulliel, Alice Dellal e Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, la cantante Rihanna e l’attrice Alicia Vikander, hanno potuto scoprire la nuova collezione ready to wear Chanel Fall Winter 2014/15.

Le modelle si sono incrociate tra i corridoi dello Chanel Shopping Center, sneakers ai piedi e shopping basket in pelle intrecciata con catene o trolley con la classica impuntura tra le mani. Con il suo tipico humour anche questa volta Karl Lagerfeld ha rivoluzionato i codici del vivere quotidiano, facendo un mix con i colori di frutta, verdure e spezie -barbabietole rosa, carote orange, insalata verde, giallo mostarda- con i classici di Chanel – black, pink e blue navy. Stampe multicolore geometriche non potevano non giocare una parte importante in questa profusione di colori.

La silhouette è delineata da spalle larghe e comode e un range di lunghezze medie e lunghe. Insieme a spessi tweed e maglia troviamo materiali plastificati ma anche pizzo, seta a pieghe, organza e chiffon. Cappotti squadrati o a trapezio, abiti 4 o 5 pezzi, vestiti effetto trompe-l’oeil, abiti da sera, gonne avvitate o a campana e pantaloni retti, la collezione ha qualcosa da offrire per tutti.

Con un’ampia palette di colori e materiali, la collezione Chanel fall-winter 2014/15 ready to wear preannuncia una stagione che è un’esplosione di energia.

Following the art gallery last October, on tuesday March 4th Karl Lagerfeld trasformed the Grand Palais into the Chanel Shopping Center. The guest, including Chanel ambassadors Keira Knightley, Vanessa Paradis, Gaspard Ulliel, Alice Dellal and Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, singer Rihanna and actress Alicia Vikander, discovered the Chanel Fall Winter 2014/15 Ready to wear collection.

Models strode down the aisles of the Chanel Shopping Center, sneakers on feet and shopping basket in leather interlaced chain or quilted trolley in hand. With his tipical humour, Karl Lagerfeld twisted the codes of daily life, mixing up the colours of fruit, vegetable and spices – beetroot pink, carrot orange, salad green, egg shell, mustard and saffron yellow – with Chanel’s black, pink and navy blue. Multi coloured geometric prints also play a part in these flowing colours profusion.

The silhoutte is corseted  with large, loose shoulders and a range of mid or longer lenghts. Alongside thick tweeds and knits come lamès and plastic coated materials as well as lace, pleated silk, organza and chiffon. Box or trapeze coats, 4 or 5 pices suit, trope-l’oeil dresses, evening dresses and coat dresses, slender-cut or flared skirts and straight trousers, the collection offer something for everyone.
