Olympia Le-Tan & Maison Kitsuné for a unique project. How was this collaboration born?
This collaboration was born from an old friendship between Kitsune co-founders Gildas and Masaya and myself. We always mutually admired each other’s work and thought it would be fun to do something together.
What do you expect from this new initiative?
We hope people like it as much as we do!
Fashion has always shown that it knows how to communicate in all circumstances. What is the most important message today that fashion and designers should spread especially to young people?
I’m not equipped to answer that. All I can say is stay true to yourself and your values, work hard and try and enjoy yourself while you do it.
Your career started very early, as a young designer you have already shown great talent. Is it enough to have talent today to emerge?
Talent, hard work and being in the right place at the right time should be a decent combination.
What will be your next projects, can you anticipate something?
I’m working on my new line Hotel Olympia.
