Miu Miu Select is an event that celebrates the strength of character and sense of style that the brand is known for. A highly personalized collection – or wardrobe – of ready-to-wear pieces, bags, shoes, jewelry and eyewear from the new season is curated by the brand’s friends.
On 21 September, in Milan, the event took place with the model, actress and activist Adwoa Aboah.
The project, launched in 2019, saw among its “protagonists” the model and stylist Georgia May Jagger (London), the actress, director, model and stylist Chloë Sevigny (New York), the stylist and influencer Veronika Heilbrunner (Moscow ), actress and model Poppy Delevingne (Milan), model and TV presenter Alexa Chung (Tokyo), model Jessica Kahawaty (Dubai), singer and teen idol Yang Chaoyue (Shanghai), singer Clara Luciani (Paris) . This year’s editions were attended by the Lebanese singer and visual artist Dana Hourani (Dubai) and the international influencer Yoyo Cao (Singapore).
As with previous editions of the project, the selection proposed by its “protagonist” is presented in a dedicated area of the Miu Miu store with a specially customized tag.
To further enhance the uniqueness of the pieces during the event, the tags were signed by Adwoa Aboah herself and sewn by hand. All products in the series are available for a limited time, in-store and on MiuMiu.com, with specially designed Miu Miu Select packaging.
