Louis Vuitton announces the reopening of the pop-up store in the splendid and prestigious setting of Villa D’Este, with a new look inspired by the nautical universe, which pays homage to the prodigious nature and the splendid waters on which the store overlooks.
The Louis Vuitton store, within the Tessabit spaces, synonymous with international avant-garde and continuous stylistic research, echoes the codes of sailing and boats that plow the soft waves of the lake, accompanying the visitors and customers of the Maison on an imaginary journey aboard an elegant boat, lulled by the placid waters of Lake Como.
Upon entering the pop-up store, visitors immerse themselves in a relaxing shade of deep blue, which enhances the niches with rounded profiles made in a refined natural leather color and framed by details in chromed steel. Teak wood was chosen for the floor, a precious essence, renowned both for its exceptional aesthetic and technical characteristics: its veins and the paint that makes it shiny and shiny have elected it the best element for the realization of the luxury boats. Finally, the entire space is crossed by a white and light blue band, explicit reference to the hulls of boats linked to the Larian nautical tradition.
The customer is welcomed into an intimate space where he will discover the complete offer of women’s and men’s clothing collections, designed respectively by Nicolas Ghesquière and Virgil Abloh, footwear, fragrances, accessories and high-end collections, an expression of the most high craftsmanship of the Maison. The selection of products includes the women’s capsule for the summer season, Stardust, which mixes both natural materials such as linen, silk and tweed, and textures, enlivening the Maison’s classic Monogram motif with bright stars. The leather goods collection, among which the Capucines stands out, whose timeless elegance is revisited with a palette of bright colors, from acid green to coral red, and new elegant combinations of materials such as natural canvas together with taurillon leather.
In the elegant and contemporary space, the customer of the Louis Vuitton Lago di Como pop-up store is invited to a unique shopping experience, in a context of pleasant relaxation with the opportunity to discover a selection of special products: from the most cool to the high end ones like the trunks, precious chests for the most expensive objects, arriving at a selection of Objets Nomades, the collection of furnishings inspired by travel, such as the delicate flowers in shades of blue and the elegant Spiral lamps, created by Swiss design studio Atelier Oï.
