In the run-up to the 2021/22 Métiers d’art show, which will take place on Tuesday June 7th in Florence, CHANEL is unveiling a short animated film and a set of illustrations created by the REMEMBERS studio. Their ambiance echoes that of the films created by REMEMBERS last December for the first presentation of this collection at le19M, the Parisian building created by CHANEL and dedicated to the Fashion Métiers d’art.

They feature the models Pan Haowen, Mariam de Vinzelle and Akon Changkou on a dreamy journey from Paris to the banks of the River Arno. It all starts at le19M, instantly recognisable by its concrete façade designed by the architect Rudy Ricciotti.

Before discovering the Ponte Vecchio, an emblematic Florentine monument, the three heroines dressed in silhouettes from the collection pass through a dreamlike universe evoking the savoir-faire of the Maisons d’art: a forest of camellias reminiscent of those of the Maison Lemarié, pleats from Les Ateliers Lognon, brooches and sautoirs by the goldsmith Goossens and jewelled buttons by the parurier Desrues.
