Directed by Yuichi Kodama, the video reflects the theme of the collection as it tells the growth of a plant. On the stage, in the dark, various knitted garments lie, like roots extending freely into each one direction, which come to life when worn. In an enclosed space, models and performers in black and white dresses enter and walk one after the other. The way they bump and bounce off walls represents the wild nature of the winding roots. When the cast begins to climb the stairs, as if coming out of the ground, the garments become bright and colorful. Like plants that grow by bathing in the light and in the rain, they develop in a variety of silhouettes and textures. Models and performers walk with grace and pride, each like a fresh and ripe fruit or vegetable, until they reach the last scene full of light.

MEANDER and WINDING express the vigor and wild nature of the plants that sprout and the roots that twist and curl in the earth.

RHIZOME is a seamless knit that embodies the theme of the collection, inspired by the way roots and stems extend and grow freely in every direction.

PODS is a pleated series dyed with the traditional Shiborizome (tie-dye) technique. The polyester fabric has a smooth texture that has the effect of a natural fiber. The shape is drawn from three pieces round connected, inspired by a pea pod.

SLICE represents succulent cross sections of fruit and vegetables expressed through the hikizome (hand drawn dye) technique performed by artisans in Kyoto.

AROUND features straight-line garments with circles around the neck and waist.

GROW is a series of cloaks created on the basis of paintings inspired by the growth of a plant. The brightly colored fabric is light and warm.

LAYER OVER is a series of garments characterized by the overlapping of fabric rectangles that drape around the body.
