Per la stagione fall/winter 2014-15, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, fondatori e direttori artistici di Maison Kitsuné, hanno preso ispirazione dalla cultura rock inglese e hanno cavalcato l’onda dello street chic.

La collezione gioca spesso sul contrasto fra gli stilemi maschile/femminile con silhouette androgine, materiali leggeri e trasparenti, linee pure ed eleganti.

Esplora l’influenza del baby-doll con i classici vestiti corti anni ’60 accoppiati con capi over-size, gioca con lo stile delle divise scolastiche ma arricchite da un tocco urban, materiali a contrasto: matte-lucidi e stampe-strisce, fantasie a scacchi o camouflage.

La novità è l’utilizzo della pelle che da ai capi un attitudine rock, sempre restando fedeli al taglio raffinato dei capi e la massima attenzione ai dettagli.

La palette della stagione è un misto di colori caldi e audaci: verde bottiglia, blu denim, rosso burgundy.

For the fall/winter 2014-15 season, Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki, founders and artistic directors of Maison Kitsuné, draw their inspiration from the British rock culture and ride the wave of the street chic.

The collection plays on the masculine-feminine style with androgynous silhouettes, flowing transparent materials, elegant and pure lines.

It explores the baby-doll influence of the 60s associating short dresses with oversized pieces.
It jostles the school spirit with an urban touch, playing on dual-materials, mat-shiny contrasts and graphic prints – stripes, check- ered, paisley or camouflage.

The introduction of leather pieces give to the looks a rock attitude, and testify to the high end savoir-faire of Maison Kitsuné which uses ever more refined materials, paying particular attention to details.

The season’s palette offers a mixture of au- dacious warm colors: from bottle green to blue jean as well as burgundy, punctuated with vibrant notes.

This collection sets the tempo of the next winter season!
