Tod’s announces the collaboration with Hender Scheme, a well-known Japanese brand, founded by designer Ryo Kashiwazaki, who with Walter Chiapponi, Tod’s Creative Director, have interpreted and created a capsule with the unmistakable, creative and artisan style of the Italian brand.
Within this collection, Hender Scheme has gathered the experience of both brands by combining Tod’s legacy and Hender Scheme’s contemporary approach called “New Craft”.
This collaboration is part of Tod’s Factory, Tod’s creative laboratory, created to carry out innovative projects in collaboration with designers and artists from the world of luxury and design. These talents have access to the iconographic heritage, Italian craftsmanship excellence and Tod’s know-how, which they use to interpret and translate into a product with absolute creative freedom.
The capsule collection will start in September, with an event during Milan Fashion Week, and will be immediately available in selected Tod’s boutiques, on tods.com, in 10 Corso Como in Milan and Seoul and at the Dover Street Market in Tokyo, Beijing and Singapore.
