CHANEL | Saint-Tropez seasonal boutique

Imbued with the spirit of a family home during the summer months, this boutique is a veritable escapade, untouched by time.

With the arrival of summer, CHANEL is back at its seasonal boutique in Saint-Tropez. In the heart of the village, the private townhouse, La Mistralée, has been given a new décor inspired by the House and the latest collections designed by Virginie Viard. In a warm, welcoming atmosphere, materials are immersed with the spirit of the Mediterranean – terrazzo, zellīj, linen, wood… – to create a harmony with the sophisticated codes of CHANEL, its tweeds and its tones of white, beige, black and powder pink. All the elegance of a holiday house in the South of France is displayed from the hallway through to the veranda, from the salons out to the garden via the pool house.

In each room of the boutique, reorganised to resemble a villa, the beige and white terrazzo floor is enhanced by a black marble frieze. The white walls are decorated with frames. Console tables and a bookcase furnish the hallway and present the sunglasses, as well as a selection of perfumes and beauty products.

The main room, divided into two distinct spaces, welcomes its visitors around a large circular table illuminated by a chandelier made by Goossens. It continues into an elegant lounge with its fireplace and large sofas upholstered in white tweed. In this double space, white wooden furnishings with black zellīj and oak marquetry frame the silhouettes of the Spring-Summer 2021 Ready-to-Wear collection presented on discreet rails.

Clients will discover other silhouettes from the collection out in the veranda. In the middle of the space, a “bag bar” presents the season’s newest creations, while showcases display a range of CHANEL Jewelry with the COCO CRUSH collection, and watch designs including the J12, BOY·FRIEND, CODE COCO and PREMIÈRE.

The exterior of the boutique is an invitation to relax in the sun on loungers and armchairs by the swimming pool or on the terrace by the pool house. In a graphic décor, the latter will be home to the shoes of the season and the CHANEL COCO BEACH 2021 collection, a Ready-to-Wear line dedicated to the beach that focuses this year on floral motifs intertwined with camellias and the double C.
