The Blue & Beyond project, currently at the forefront in the luxury eyewear sector, consists of the combination of iconic high-end frames and qualitative lenses with a double innovation factor, expressly designed to relieve eye fatigue both in closed environments and outdoors.
The double benefit of the product derives from the union of distinctive models and lenses characterized by blue-light filter and photochromic technology: these reduce the impact of the high-energy light emanating from computers and digital instruments and at the same time, become darker for protect your eyes when exposed to sunlight.

Gucci‘s Blue & Beyond proposal includes men’s, women’s and unisex made of thin metal and thick acetate. The photochromic smart lenses range from transparent pink to burgundy on female models with sophisticated oversized profiles, and from transparent ocher to brown on unisex and male models that revisit modernly classic elegance with a vintage touch.
Saint Laurent applies Blue & Beyond innovation to the unmistakable models for men and women with acetate profiles in the iconic shade of black. The cat-eye silhouettes with a bold design, and the masculine shapes versatile and linear, they have transition lenses from transparent gray to dark gray, in full harmony with the vision of elegance and distinction of the Maison.
The new Montblanc range develops the dual-innovation concept on distinctive masculine frames in acetate, metal and combinations reading of different materials. The rimless and full rim structures combine classic style and contemporary allure welcoming smart lenses in one color that changes from transparent blue to dark blue between the inside and the outside.
