Dior unveils the new project of Christmas windows

Celebrating Cruise collection the House’s stores are decorated with Luminarie
1955

As the holiday season approaches, the windows of Dior boutiques the world over are ablaze with colorful illuminations. Celebrating the magic of Maria Grazia Chiuri’s 2021 Cruise collection – inspired by Puglia, a land close to her heart – the House’s stores are decorated with Luminarie, the dazzling traditional architectures that embellish streets and squares throughout this region of Italy. Serving as the centerpiece of some of the displays is the DiorHoliday Tree – a majestic olive tree enhanced with hand-painted details and glittering birds and butterflies – a bucolic tribute to the untamed landscapes of southern Italy.

From Paris to Tokyo, and Geneva to Kuala Lumpur by way of Milan and Taipei, visit the House’s emblematic addresses in this enchanting film to see windows illuminated with grace and magic. An augmented reality filter, available on the Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook apps as well as the 8th Wall platform, will reveal an animation dedicated to Dior’s irresistible Christmas wrapping. A dreamlike invitation to the art of gifting, an ode to escape and the poetry of emotions that are more necessary now than ever.
