After a first collaboration in June 2019, BARRIE is once again partnering with the House of Lesage to offer a series of three patches in embroidered cashmere : The first thistle is square, knitted with a rolled finish. It recalls one of the first motifs developed by Augustin Dol-Maillot for the previous summer collection. The thistle is illustrated on a round patch with a raw edged finish and contrasting graphics. It also comes on a softer square patch with a B.

The final patch is marked with “BARRIE” in a gothic typography reminiscent of the neo-gothic architectural style that was developed in Scotland. Each motif, an emblem of Scotland and of the factory, was imagined by Augustin Dol-Maillot, Artistic Director of BARRIE. These patches affirms the origins of the House of Barrie, with the Scottish references and codes coming to life in threads, beads and cabochons. They can be placed onto every BARRIE creation thanks a special mobile application. Clients will also have the chance to personalise their 3D knit, their trompe l’œil piece as well as their bucket hat and their denim jacket.
