La collezione Just Cavalli porta in scena l’inestimabile patrimonio artistico del Rinascimento fiorentino attraverso la visione moderna e creativa di Roberto Cavalli.

Ogni abito evoca l’amore dello stilista per la sua città, che diventa la protagonista assoluta di stampe artistiche progettate per emozionare.

Le fasce e i riquadri marmorei di Santa Maria Novella e del Battistero del Duomo, l’Aurora della Sagrestia Nuova e le statue medicee rendono omaggio a Firenze attraverso uno stile che dipinge i classici nella cultura del presente.

Le silhouette animano la passerella con il dinamismo materico e cromatico di un’opera d’arte.

Artista rock dalla femminilità giovane e decisa, la donna Just Cavalli indossa e ripropone capolavori estetici con spontaneità e semplicità.

Sperimentali processi di stampa sono proposti su abiti come segno identificativo dell’intera collezione e raffigurano elementi artistici e architettonici rinascimentali.

Statue, fiori e dipinti dominano superfici uniformi e a patchwork in una collezione di capi tagliati a vivo che esprimono leggerezza.

Stampe animalier realizzate a mano con sovrapposizioni di 7 pennellate di diversi colori creano leopardi pittorici e ridisegnano il corpo.

Chiffon, raso e viscosa di seta si alternano a velluto e freschi di lana mano gesso nella costruzione dei capi. Ispirazione pittorica per abiti e felpe in jersey infeltrito agugliato con maglie jacquard.

Oro e broccati classici fiorentini per giacche e pantaloni. Base grigio che domina sotto vivaci tratti cromatici fucsia, turchese, bluette, giallo e arancio.

Come pennellate di colore che prendono vita dalla mano dell’artista, fasce e frange danno ritmo alle strutture degli abiti e sono replicate in borse, stivali e pump per arricchire il look con un movimento sinuoso e fluido.

Appeal rock e anima intellettuale per gli occhiali, con grandi montature tonde in metallo e lenti specchiate cromate.

“Renaissance Rock”

One man, one city. Two lives connected to each other by art and beauty. A single story told through the intensity of color, which is always able to create new dreams and new desires.

The Just Cavalli Fall/Winter 2014-15 collection focuses on the inestimable value of the Florentine Renaissance’s artistic patrimony through the lens of Roberto Cavalli’s contemporary creative vision. Each gown evokes the passion the designer feels for his hometown, which becomes the star of the artistic prints; created to evoke and inspire.

The marble frames and stripes of Santa Maria Novella , the Aurora of the Sagrestia Nuova, and the Medici statues pay homage to Florence in a style which depicts the classics in a contemporary culture.

Silhouettes animate the catwalk with the material and chromatic dynamism typical of an extraordinary work of art.

A Rock artist with a youthful and decisive femininity, the Just Cavalli woman wears and interprets the masterpieces of the past with spontaneity and ease.

Experimental printing processes are present on the dresses as distinctive traits of the entire collection, portraying classic Renaissance elements of art and architecture.

Hand-painted animal prints are created through the overlaying of 7 different-colored brushstrokes, producing vivid painterly leopard patterns and redefining the body.

Statues, flowers and paintings dominate: both singularly and in all-over collage prints, with a lightness created by the raw-cuts used throughout the collection.

Chiffon, satin and silk viscose alternate with velvet and a new chalk coated light wool. Dresses made of matted needle-punched jacquard knitwear also receive the same painterly treatment.

Gold and brocade are used for jackets and pants. A grey base lives beneath the vivacious chromatic strokes of fuchsia, turquoise, bright blue, yellow and orange.

Like brushstrokes of color which come to life through the artist’s hands, stripes and fringes provide a rhythm to the structure of the dresses and are reproduced on bags, boots and pumps to animate the looks with fluid and sinuous movements.

A Rock appeal and an intellectual spirit characterize the sunglasses with large round frames and mirrored chrome lenses.
