Chopard alongside the Mille Miglia in its international development and its sustainable commitment. The Maison extends its historic partnership with the legendary Mille Miglia race, which today presents three new events under the sign responsible approach and internationalization.

The Maison Chopard, present for over thirty years alongside what is often referred to as “the most beautiful race in the world”, has chosen today to accompany the new races that derive from the famous 1000 Italian Miles. They are already three and embody the new ambitions of the Organization. First of all, to propose complementary races to the historic Mille Miglia and to launch responsible and committed races
in the sense of sustainable development. Then, promote their international experience to meet the demands of the “gentleman drivers” of the whole world, who wish to benefit from the savoir-faire of the Italian organization of the legendary race on their continent.
The Maison Chopard has decided to fully support these objectives. A pioneer in the development of jewelery and ethical watchmaking, the company has become, in less than ten years, an essential player in this area. The “Journey To Sustainable Luxury” initiative is the expression of a global commitment to an ethical and sustainable approach that involves all its activities.

The convergence with the new guidelines of the 1000 Miglia Srl, organizer of the race of the same name, is therefore total. Chopard is a partner of the legendary Italian race since 1988 – probably one of the more lasting partnerships of the entire automotive industry, from which a collection of watches of the same name was born inspired by the world of vintage cars: the Mille Miglia collection. Therefore, Chopard has committed itself as “World Partner & Official Timekeeper” for the three new races organized by 1000 Miglia Srl:

• 1000 Green Miles, from 27 to 29 September. This race takes the spirit of innovation that characterized the very first editions of the traditional Mille Miglia and aligns on the
  starting grid cars designed by and for technological progress and safety.
•  Warm Up USA, from 23 to 26 October, the first race derived from the Mille Miglia in the United States.
• Coppa delle Alpi, the first winter rally that derives directly from the summer Mille Miglia. Its path overlaps that of the Alps, with four successive paths that cross four countries (Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland)
