Un progetto che celebra gli iconici ribelli di ieri con un viaggio alla ricerca dei ribelli di oggi. Passato e presente, sogno e realtà. Il viaggio rebel rompe il codice di ciò che è ordinario: un’avventura editoriale e sul web attraverso immagini, video, parole di persone che sono esponenti della rebel culture.

In un mondo dove le nostre vie sono cambiate, i ribelli continuano a creare il loro mondo e sviluppare nuovi principi per la creatività. I ribelli sono senza tempo, i ribelli sono curiosi, risoluti, decisi e appassionati. “Andate fuori, aprite i vostri occhi, guardate cose differenti, uscite fuori dal vostro solito mondo…” dice il creatore di cappelli Nick Fouquet.

Fa’vela Punk (modella, designer e attivista ambientale), Nick Fouquet (creatore di cappelli), The impossible project (impresa di fotografia istantanea), Jamie Johnson (film maker), Caity Lotz (attrice), Ivan Olita (blogger, attore e video maker), Frederik Ottensen (imprenditore e ingegnere), Paola Pivi (artista multimediale), Bettina Santo Domingo (video maker), Pierre Sarkozy (dj)…sono solo alcuni dei talenti creativi che Hogan Rebel ha incontrato durante questo viaggio.

I ribelli sono vivi e ce ne sono moltissimi la fuori…lunga vita ai ribelli!

Per sostener il progetto, verrà anche pubblicato un libro che sarà lanciato durante il Salone del Mobile a Milano (l’8 Aprile 2014) in occasione di un evento. Una pubblicazione esclusivo basata su figure del passato e del presente che sarà diviso in tre parti: SOGNA, CREDI, CREA. Ognuna di queste parti conterrà testi e immagini raccolte da vari archivi insieme a nuovissimi materiali prodotti per il nostro sito.

A project celebrating the iconic rebels of yesterday, a journey in search of today’s rebels. Past and present, dream and reality. The rebel journey cracks the code of what makes ordinary: an editorial and web adventure trough images, videos, words of people who are exponents of the rebel culture.

In a world where our lives have changed, rebels keep creating their own system and develop inventive principles. Rebels are timeless, rebels are curious, resolute, committed and passionate. “Go out, open your eyes, see different things, get out of your comfort zone…”says american hat maker Nick Fouquet.

Fa’vela Punk (model, designer and environmental activist), Nick Fouquet (hat maker), The impossible project (instant photography venture), Jamie Johnson (film maker), Caity Lotz (actress), Ivan Olita (blogger, actor and video maker), Frederik Ottensen (entrepreneur and engineer), Paola Pivi (multimedia artist), Bettina Santo Domingo (video maker) Pierre Sarkozy (dj)…are just a few of the creative talents Hogane Rebel met during this journey.

Rebels are alive and many out there…long life to them!

To support the project, a book will be published and launched during the coming Salone del Mobile in Milan (April 8^th 2014) in occasion of an evening event. An exclusive publication based on rebellious figures (from past and present) that will be divided in three different sections: DREAM, BELIEVE, CREATE. Each section will contain text and images coming from several archives along with material produced for our website.
