Inspired by the American landscapes of the coast to coast – the 2019 Spring / Summer collection features bold details and practical fabrics, designed to protect the wearer from all types of weather conditions. Many of the inspirations taken from the extensive and historic archive of the Brand; the garments are reinterpreted to create a new contemporary cut.

The collection combines performing garments and the lightness typical of the workwear belonging to the Brand’s heritage, perfect for wearing in the city or for outdoor activities. The color palette consists of colors such as Rope Orange, Rose Gray and Aviation, in addition to the classic workwear like Kaki Brown and Indigo Blue, as well as camouflage prints, they come directly from the archives of the historian Mill in Pennsylvania.

Iconic garments are the Summer Mountain Jacket which takes the shape of the iconic in 1970 and is reproposed in lightweight GORE-TEX in Aviation. The Summer Parka in Rose Gray dyed in three layers; a summer version of the iconic Artic Parka and the Light Mountain Jacket.

The Windbreaker family enriches the Spring Summer collection, made with windproof and waterproof fabrics and in memory fabric, the latter allows garments to not get stuck. Key pieces of the Windbreaker family are the Navy Summer Field Jacket inspired by the M-65 jacket, the archival color-blocking Southbay Windbreaker and the Cracked Green Field bomber and the Floral Green Field.

The Spring Summer 2019 collection will be available at the Woolrich store starting from November 2018.
