Designer Elisabeth Franchi walks in an American prairie of late ‘800. Collection is gently tapped by a light breeze, on the ways that lead to timeless dimensions.

The return to tradition, to the past values  that are stolen from a trunk of memories adapted to modernity. It’s a romantic idyll that envelops the new season Spring Summer 2018; the protagonist is a woman immersed in the poem of Mother Earth covered by the sensual lightness of long and refined clothes. A gentle bucolic impression wraps the collection for a femininity from the hidden and unclouded sensuality, let alone glimpse through transparency games, little holes and lingerie recalls.

The collection is a source of purity; on the catwalk showcased an ethereal woman. Nature takes shape in silk voile dresses, cotton tulle and muslin with full volumes. Develop couture constructions and three-dimensional embroideries embellish the garments together with ribbons crossings, laces and pearls that are replicating to other times.

Among the accessories are the wide hats, the belts that point to the corsetry and aged-looking jewels. Micro bags, like small chests, they keep secrets that has scent of tradition and retrieve collection details: floral embroidery and tassels recalling the pattern of wheat. The crossing of strings characterizes the choice of footwear the trunks stand out and the cuissardes boots from medium heights.

A palette that refers to the natural world: white dirt and ivory are protagonists in the delicate tones of egg and sugar paper. Contrasting a definite black and the must of the maison, ancient rose and powder.
