Three seasons after its debut, Sies Marjan is launching the first footwear collection. As shown in the clothing, these shoes play between color, texture and form; wryly or reverently.
The traditional loafer appears in optic white and Barbie Pink; the Jane Chukka comes not only in Plum, Old Rose and Cocoa but also in classic Nubuck Yellow. The Esther Slingback, in Croc and Spazzolato, subverts and enhances its femininity with a stacked platform sole and a flared heel; the Mary Jane is inflated in Cobalt and stolid in Old Rose. Reveling in their unique language, these shoes delight in resisting categorization; flirting with and paying homage to a genre. Handcrafted in Italy, the collection is comprised of ten styles in ten colors, via five fabrications. Naplack to Nubuck, Kid Suede to Spazzolato, Dark Petrol to Savoy Green, Midnight to White, Jamie Mule to Jane Chukka to Millie Suede Mary Jane.
