Chanel and Serpentine Galleries summer party
The Summer Party 2017 hosted by CHANEL, Michael R. Bloomberg, Hans Ulrich Obrist and Yana Peel took place in the grounds of the Serpentine Gallery to celebrate the opening of the 2017 Pavilion, designed by Francis Kéré, the Serpentine’s 17th annual architectural commission.
The collaboration between the Serpentine Galleries and CHANEL has aligned a pioneering art institution and an iconic fashion house, creating a unique event that celebrated the best in art and architecture at the heart of the city of London.
Leading figures from the worlds of international art, architecture, design, fashion, music, film and business came together to celebrate and raise funds for the Serpentine’s internationally acclaimed exhibitions, architecture, education and live programms.
