With the glamour of the Oscars and Met Gala long gone, it’s now time for Cannes! The highly-anticipated film festival in the South of France attracts some of the biggest names in the world, so of course everyone goes all out on all the red carpets during the 10-day event. There’s the film festival’s ultra-glamorous setting on the French Riviera. Plus, this multi-day event is the perfect setting for stars to put together a string of remarkable outfits.

Turkish actress Fahriye Evcen rocked the Red Carpet in GEORGES HOBEIKA at the premiere of “The Meyerowitz Stories” at the 70th Cannes Film Festival. Evcen wore a white, crepe gown with double front leg slits and embroidered sleeves from GEORGES HOBEIKA’s FW 16/17 Ready-to-Wear collection.

In occasion of the Opening Ceremony Uma Thurman chose to wear Atelier Versace. The actress was flawless in a custom-made, Atelier Versace gown. She wore a blush off-the-shoulder gown with delicate pleated panel detailing starting from the waist and flowing up and off the shoulder, complete with a daring thigh-high slight surrounded by the same intricate pleating detail cascading from the hip.

She announced the official opening of the 70th Cannes International Film Festival ceremony with the Iranian movie director Asghar Farhadi. Famous actress Michelle Yeoh stunned the crowd of 2017 Cannes International Film Festival Opening Red Carpet with a SHIATZY CHEN light blue embroidery evening gown.
