32nd International Festival of Fashion and Photography in Hyeres

The 32nd edition of the International Festival of Fashion and Photography at Hyères will take place at the villa Noailles between Aprl 27th to May 1st, 2017.

The exhibitions will run until May 28th, 2017. The festival directed by Jean-Pierre Blanc and presided by Pascale Mussard, annually encourages and supports young artists in the fields of fashion and photography, and for the first time in accessories design. Competitions are framed around the villa Noailles, which organises three competitions, exhibitions and conferences.

Workshops with Lesage House

La Maison Lesage offers a free access workshop, continuously on Friday 28th, Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th.

Lesage has been creating opulent embroidery requiring countless hours of work and exceptional skill for Haute Couture, Ready-to-Wear and accessories since its creation in 1924. The company founded an embroidery school in 1992 that welcomes those who are passionate about embroidery, from all over the world. Lesage became part of CHANEL’s Métiers d’art in 2002.

Artistic creation workshops

Villa Noailles organizes free creation workshops. These exchange process is an opportunity to introduce the work of artists and craftsmen and the public.

Prize of the public and Hyeres city for Hyeres Festival Photography Online Competition

For this 32nd edition, the fashion and photography festival in Hyères joins  WIPPLAY and organizes an online vote for the “Hyères de Hyères 2017 Public and Hyères Award”. A dedicated page brings together 3 photographs of each of the 10 candidates shortlisted by the festival jury, chaired this year by Tim Walker.
