George Keburia’s design: eccentric style meeting with the classy one

Pleated dresses and skirts perfectly combined with raw, grid-fabric transparent blouses accomplished with oversized, geometric figured large sleeves – this is the basic line of George Keburia’s F/W 17-18 collection that Georgian designer will present at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Tbilisi.

The collection is extremely feminine and aerial with the shapes, lines and bright color palette of the outfit.

Bows tied at the collar and gold-color buttons cannot stay unseen as the main details of the whole collection.

25 years old designer is running his label since 2010. His designs are becoming more and more popular among youth in Georgia and beyond.

The self-taught designer finds his label as the fun-loving one, always ready for experiments and creative journeys. Keburia is creating liberating, risky and youthful spirit where fresh and eccentric lifestyle meets classy. The raw garments, shiny and sparkly textiles, star shaped and geometric accessories never stay unseen and find their followers.

“When I was a teenager, people of my age used to dress very plainly, probably because of the living standards of 90s Georgia. Nowadays, the young people dress kitschy, trashy and classy at the same time.” – says George Keburia.
