La Sicilia è stata più volte immortalata, insieme alle sue bellezze paesaggistiche e ad i suoi contesti urbani, da tantissimi film, alcuni dei quali hanno lasciato un segno nella storia del cinema.

Parlare di cinema in relazione a quest’isola vuol dire ricordare una serie di pellicole, che hanno trattato le più disparate tematiche, dalle commedie ai film storici a quelli sulla mafia. Ne abbiamo scelto 4 e abbiamo reinterpretato il loro immaginario in altrettanti outfit ready-to-click: il premio Oscar “Nuovo Cinema Paradiso” scritto e diretto dal regista Giuseppe Tornatore e “Stromboli” di Roberto Rossellini con Ingrid Bergman, e per una visione più moderna e urbana “Palermo Shooting”di Wim Wenders e “Via Castellana Bandiera” di Emma Dante.

Sicily with her beautiful landscapes and urban architecture was a natural set for more than a movie, some of them are landmarks in cinema’s history.

If you talk about cinema and Sicily you cannot forget to mention movies who’s talked about different topics: from comedies to historical movies and mafia flicks.
