Anna K Spring Summer 2015

Anna K Spring Summer 2015.                      Scroll down for english text.

“Funny e Cool” these could be the right words to describe Anna K’s creations…her work is non-stop auto ironic game on the subject of fashion’s world and on some of its cliché, she’s started to work as a model and now she’s designer but she’s never stopped of making fun and find always the funny and non-sense side of fashion.

After a successful an sold-out t-shirt line for all the fashionistas (do you remember those tees “follow the buyer” or “front row only”?) now its the time for a collection of clothes and even if she’s trying to do things “seriously” now…she doesn’t give up on her irony.

The collection is all about “travelling” and commute trough the city…the first key images are an Anna K style of road signs: girly, fun and naive.

Another leit-motiv is bikers who are always checking weather forecast…who become nice printed pattern.

When the night falls then Anna K rides her bike to get to the parties with total red outfits with luminescent details: the “emoticon” eyes of the cartoon heroes.

Always on a bike, always goin from one place to another…but never ever forget to be a girl, so here you are some really really nice prints with a beauty case or a mirror or a perfect wardrobe…all the right ingredients for a princess’ night out.

The collection is for every girl on every occasion: hoodies, light transparent cloud dress, asymmetrical shirt…sporty or girly or chis? Why not all of ‘em? Just like Anna K…you can find her floating and jumping in pictures as a modern Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz.

Stay tuned on Zoe for two new t-shirt lines: one about movies and another one about a Anna K’s fashion dictionary.

Anna K

Anna K is a brand created by 18-years old Anna Karenina. Anna is based in Kiev and currently enrolls in the main fashion educational centre in Ukraine, the institute of technologies and fashion design. Anna created her first collection at the tender age of 16, and received an instant recognition: after showing her first work at Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days she was praised by the editor of Italian Vogue. The pictures of her collection were published on the world-famous vogue.it and since then Anna’s brand, Anna K, is firmly placed on the map of Ukrainian fashion. The success in her own country

wasn’t enough to fulfill Anna’s daring ambitions: two seasons in a row she is showing her collections during London Fashion Week at Fashion Scout Platform (Mercedes-Benz Kiev Fashion Days showcase). Her works are in the radar of international press and buyers, who always attend showcase and follow the new wave of Eastern European designers, to which Anna belongs. Despite her young age, Anna has a team of professionals backing her up, which enables her to have a serious business approach.

The name of the brand Anna K is derived from the tendency to shorten the model’s surnames to a single letter, which is following the name of a girl.
